A potluck Celebration of Life for Raymond “Russia Ray” Neilson, 64, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 19, at the Grayland Community Hall. Ray died March 6, 2016 at GH Community Hospital.
A Seattle/Westport resident, he owned and operated the Sandy Sea Inn rental cabins in rural Westport.
