12:26 a.m. - 300 Block S. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Defective License Plate Light/Defective Brake Light.

3:54 a.m. - Westport Light State Park. Suspicious Vehicle. Unoccupied gray van with Oregon license plate parked well after dark. Unable to locate anyone.

4:18 a.m. - 1100 Block Coho. Suspicious Vehicle. Officer observed open door on vehicle. Contacted resident who checked vehicle. Nothing missing.

5:36 a.m. - Shop N Kart parking lot. Traffic Stop: Registered Owner Suspended.

3:03 p.m. - 200 Block E. Wilson. Warrant. Reporting party advised his wife is sitting in disabled white mini van, has felony warrant out of Oklahoma. Officer unable to locate.

3:14 p.m. - 200 Block W. Newell. Welfare Check. Reporting party requested welfare check on male she said called her and stated female had hit him with baseball hat. Officer responded to residence. No answer.

1:08 a.m. - 1600 Block Yearout. Agency Assist for SBEMS. Medical call assist for chemical exposure.

3:39 a.m. - 1300 Block S. First. 911 Open Line. No answer at door. No signs of incident.

5:30 a.m. - 1200 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

9:38 a.m. - 400 Block E. Pacific. Animal. Report of dog trying to attack cat last night. Officer spoke with dog owner who advised dog will be gone Wednesday.

11:37 a.m. - 900 Block S. Montesano. Disorderly Conduct. Officer contacted unwanted female. Advised her to leave. She complied.

2:01 p.m. - WPD. Phone call requesting information about Neighborhood Watch. No answer on recall.

3:28 p.m. - 300 Bl0ck N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: No Seatbelt.

3:35 p.m. - 300 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Registered Owner Suspended. Driver not registered owner.

3:40 p.m. - S. Montesano & Frank. Traffic Stop: Failure to Transfer Title within 45 days.

3:53 p.m. - 1800 Block S. Montesano. Agency Assist for GHCSO. Assist with collision involving vehicle and deer. Deer dispatched due to serious injuries.

4:51 p.m. - 600 Block W. Newell. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

5:02 p.m. - 1600 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Speeding/No Vehicle Operators License.

5:25 p.m. - 200 Block E. Wilson. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

5:28 p.m. - 1600 Block W. Ocean. Animal. Dispatched to check on dogs in vehicle since 11 a.m. Vehicle in shade with windows down. Dogs not in distress.

6:32 p.m. - WPD. Domestic Difficulty. Phone call request regarding assault that just occurred. Reporting party not in area.

8:10 p.m. - 600 Block N. Montesano. Fireworks. Officer contacted two males that stated they were lighting small firecrackers. Officer advised them that possessing and using fireworks within city limits is violation of municipal code. They advised they would stop.

8:47 p.m. - 2600 Block Nyhus. Traffic Stop: Cracked Windshield.

12:26 a.m. - 600 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Speeding

1:36 a.m. – Marina District Parking Lot No. 3 Nyhus. Suspicious Vehicle. Officer advised RV campers they cannot camp there. Directed them to camping area.

2:30 a.m. - 700 Block W. Hancock. Prowler. Male trying locked doors. Upon officer’s arrival, 2-3 juvenile males fled on foot through thick blackberry vines. One got stuck. Male with Juvenile Misdemeanor GHCSO Warrant arrested and transported to GHC Jail. Other juvenile driven home.

5:42 p.m. - 200 Block W. Newell. Complaint of contact order violation. Report filed.

7:04 p.m. & 9:41 p.m. - 2400 Block N. Nyhus. Registered Sex Offender check. Unable to contact.

8:16 p.m. - Ocean & Forrest. Traffic Stop.

8:43 p.m. - 100 Block W. Ocean. Traffic Stop: Defective Brake Light.

10:07 p.m. - 500 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Defective Brake Light.

10:18 p.m. - Washington & Montesano. Traffic Stop: Defective Head Lamp.

10:25 p.m. - 600 Block N. Ocosta. Suspicious Activity. Motion detector light broken within last 5 minutes. Officer checked area. Multiple motion lights working. Nobody seen.

9:56 a.m. - 600 Block N. Montesano. Civil dispute over license plates.

11:22 a.m. - 1500 Block SR105. Agency Assist for GHCSO/Burglary Alarm. Report filed.

12:26 p.m. -

W. Sprague & N. Melbourne. Suspicious Person. Report of suspicious persons walking into wooded area. Area checked with signs of persons living in area. Extra patrols requested.

1:49 p.m. - 1400 Block S. Olympia. Returned phone request to male subject in reference to identity theft. Report filed.

2:24 p.m. - 2500 Block Westhaven. Traffic: Parking problem. Vehicle owner contacted with vehicle being moved.

8:00 p.m. - 1600 Block S. Broadway. Agency Assist for SBEMS. Female’s mother and adult son removed garden hose running from exhaust to window of daughter’s vehicle. Female then sped away, located at Grayland Beach approach, taken into protective custody for mental health evaluation.

3:26 a.m. - 200 E. Patterson. Mermaid Deli. Suspicious Person. Officer contacted male subject around boat molds. No problem.

4:39 a.m. - 1200 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop: Stop Sign Violation/Speeding.

8:34 a.m. - Ocean Gold parking lot. Suspicious Vehicle. Signs of person living in vehicle/parking lot. Unoccupied at time of check.

8:42 a.m. - 200 Block N. Olympia. Suspicious Vehicle. Report of suspicious white 2001 Ford Econoline van. Driver waiting for US Post Office paper delivery. No criminal activity.

9:10 a.m. - Float 11. Suspicious Vehicle. White Volkswagen van with Kansas plates parked for past few weeks with extension cord running to Port of Grays Harbor utility outlet. No subjects located. Follow up contact to be made with Port and registered owner of vehicle.

9:54 a.m. - 200 Block E. Dock. Animal Neglect. Report of dog left in vehicle with no ventilation. No criminal activity.

10:08 a.m. - 100 Block E. Harms. Westport Timberland Library. Citizen Assist. Library staff requested information regarding patron they planned on trespassing in next day or two.

11:22 a.m. - 800 S. Grand Army. Telephone Scam. Reporting party received phone call from unknown subject claiming to be with Walmart indicating she had won a prize. Requested personal information. No personal information provided. Check with Walmart indicated they had no promotions in place.

1:06 p.m. - 200 Block W. Sprague. Two female neighbors in verbal argument. Both subjects provided information on obtaining anti-harassment orders against each other. No criminal activity.

1400 Block W. Ocean. GH Light Station. Reporting party advised male being verbally assaulting toward him because he refused to allow male access to lighthouse. Male subject not located.

6:43 p.m. 1200 Block Pebble Beach. Report of suspicious person claiming to be with Xfinity. Officer checked area with negative results.

7:02 p.m. - 900 Block S. Forrest. Disorderly Conduct. Report of male and female arguing. Officer determined verbal only No problem.

7:18 p.m. - 300 Block E. Tacoma. Traffic Stop: Officer warned quad driver to drive on legally approved area.

7:24 p.m. - 100 Block S. Montesano. Traffic. Officer dispatched for possible DUI in area. Unable to locate.

8:19 p.m. - 300 Block S. Forrest. Traffic Stop: Speeding.

8:33 p.m. - 200 Block W. Newell. Suspicious Activity. Observed open window at residence.

8:39 p.m. - 200 Block W. Newell. Report of open window in building that should be abandoned. Officer contacted female inside who stated she had homeowner permission. Female identified. Contact with homeowner pending.

8:53 p.m. - 100 Block S. Montesano. Disorderly Conduct. Advised by off-duty deputy for verbal argument between male and female.

11:42 p.m. - 200 Block W. Ocean. Traffic Stop: Stop Sign/Signal Violations.

12:12 a.m. 2500 Block N. Nyhus. Welfare Check. Complainant reported people from television show “The Middle” are inside her house, refusing to leave. They will not talk to her. Have been there 6 hours.

1:48 a.m. - 120 W. Washington. Officer contacted homeowner to advise them car interior light was on.

2:01 a.m. - 400 Block N. Broadway. Loud Music. Officer contacted two females who turned down music. Advised they would keep it down.

2:24 a.m. - Westhaven Drive. Prowler. Report of male in orange sweatshirt looking around event tents, scared off my security, leaving in red pickup truck toward downtown. Officer checked area with negative results.

2:37 a.m. - Montesano & Sprague. Public Assist. Officer provided courtesy transportation to uncle’s residences for male staggering along side of road.

5:37 a.m. - Pine Tree Plot. Traffic Stop: Cell Phone Use.

12:45 p.m. – 2500 Block Westhaven – Picaroon Pelican. Suspicious Activity. Male left note for female employee. Report files.

5:01 p.m. – 400 Block S. Forrest. Traffic Stop. Failure to Stop at Stop Sign.

5:47 p.m. – Westhaven State Park. Domestic Difficulty: Possible Child Abuse. Officer unable to locate associated vehicle. Unable to contact reporting party.

7:58 p.m. – 1300 Block N. Montesano. Traffic Stop. Registered owner has suspended license. Driver not registered owner.

7:39 p.m. – 600 Block N. Forrest. Traffic Stop. Stop Sign Violation.

8:58 p.m. – 700 Block S. Broadway. Male subject dialed 911 three times and 1.5 hours. Subject advised officer that he is legally blind and misdialed. 9:04 p.m. – 100 Block E. Washington. Ongoing issue with a barking dog.

9:34 p.m. – S. Forrest & Perry. Traffic Stop. Speeding.

9:39 p.m. – Float #7. Theft of diesel fuel and a piece of foam insulation. Report filed.

9:47 p.m. – N. Montesano & Spokane. Traffic Stop. Bike with no white light.
